Dispite all the info we display on our website, it is possible that you still have some questions. Below you can find some extra information. If your question is not displayed you always can call, or mail us.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
No we don't. We are a trading company and without warranty we can keep the prices much lower then dealers. All parts are tested before we sell them to our customers.
Can you order the part I need when it's not available?
No we don't. We only sell what's in stock and don't order specific parts we don't have.
How can I place an order?
If you want to order 1 or more parts you can mail us direct from the part on our website, via the contact form, regular mail and/or by phone. We need your full invoice address and if resided in the EU also your VAT number. If you want us to send your goods we also need a full shipping addres inclusive telephone number and name of your contact person. If we have all these details we can make the Proforma Invoice for you.
How much are the shipping costs if I place an order?
This depends on several things. First of all the weight and dimensions of the shipment are a very important. Secondly how do you want it to be shipped? By Truck, by Ship, or by Plane? Next to this it's also very important that you send us your Country, City/Town and postal code. All the previous details determine the total costs of your shipment. We have no standard tarifs because there are to much variables.
Do you only have used parts?
No, we also have a large quantity New, Factory Rebuilt and Used parts available.
Do you also repair parts, engines, machines?
No, we only repair our own machines when needed to make them ready to sell.
If I send you the serialnumber of my machine can you find the right parts for me?
No we can't. We don't have the software needed to find parts for your machine(s). We advice to look in your own parts manual to find what you need, or that you contact a dealer who can. If you have the partnumber(s) we can check our system.
Can you calculate the shippings costs for me?
Yes we can. We only ask you to request a shipping quote if you have the intention to buy. We are a very busy team which serves a lot of customers througout the day, so we can't make calculations all the time. So we are happy to make the calculation for you if you have the intention to buy.
Do you schip to all countries?
We only ship to countries without legal restrictions by law. This can change overtime so we advice to check this yourself before you place an order. If you are not sure or don't have the knowledge we can try to help you out in this matter.
Is the part or machine in stock?
As long as the part and/or machine is listed on our website, or on one of the portals we advertise on, it is normally in stock. We have an active database which means that our website is updated troughout the day. The portals we advertise on are daily updated in the evening. We advise to give us a call or send us a mail to be 100% sure.
